Instrukcja korzystania z karty graficznej FireGL 5200 (modele ThinkPad serii p) w systemie Debian Etch

Wszystkie kroki wykonaj w terminalu roota:

Krok 1. Pobranie informacji:

apt-get update
#apt-get update holt die neuesten Informationen über Pakete vom Debian-Server

Krok 2. Instalacja wymaganych pakietów:

apt-get install module-assistant fglrx-driver fglrx-kernel-src
#apt-get install "paketname" installiert ein Paket und sämtliche Abhängigkeiten

Krok 3. Zbudowanie i instalacja modułów:

module-assistant auto-install fglrx-kernel-src
#Der module-assistant eignet sich nur zur Erstellung und Installation von Kernelmodulen hierbei wird mit der Funktion auto-install die Installation automatisch ausgeführt

Krok 4. Inicjalizacja karty graficznej:

aticonfig –initial
#mit dem Befehl wir die Grafikkarte initialisiert

Następnie: restart.

Aby sprawdzić, czy wszystko się udało, wpisz następujące polecenie:

Krok 5. Odczyt informacji o FireGL:

fglrxinfo
#zeigt Informationen über die Grafikkarte

#Mit dem Befehl kann ich die Taktrate steuern. Zahlen 1-3 für die jeweilige Leistung
#1. schwache Leistung
#2. mittlere Leistung
#3. starke Leistung
